Easter Basket

I am excited to get my house ready for Easter.  I love to use the things I have on hand so I pulled out a creamer bottle to make a basket.  I used the grape paint again for this little basket.

 I cut alond the rings and made a handle from one.

 Stapled the handle on and painted it.  I was careful to do a light coat, called a tack coat, to allow the second coat to adhere and not slide off the plastic.

I used some stamp pad paint for some detail and glues stickers to cover the staples.  It turned out cute.   I have more Easter stuff to come, I like the bright colors and the anticipation of spring.
